Refunds

Overview

At S2S, we operate as a subscription-based service aggregator connecting customers with partner cafés and restaurants. Since we do not manufacture, handle, or deliver food, our refund policy applies only to subscriptions and payments made directly to S2S.

1. Subscription Cancellation

1. Customers may cancel their subscription anytime before the start of the next billing cycle.

2. Refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis for any unused subscription period (if applicable).

3. No cancellation charges will apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in cases where:
1. Customers may cancel their subscription anytime before the start of the next billing cycle.

2. The customer is unable to use services due to platform downtime or system errors.

3. A partner listed on S2S is found to be non-compliant and services are discontinued.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:
1. Dissatisfaction is based on personal food taste or preferences.

2. Delays or issues arise due to partner restaurants/cafés.

3. Orders are canceled by the customer after being confirmed by the partner.

Note: All food-related refunds (quality, quantity, hygiene, delivery delays) are the responsibility of partner restaurants/ cafés as per FSSAl compliance.

Refund Process & Timelines

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the issue.
1. Refunds will always be credited to the original payment source.

2. Timelines (TAT) for subscription fee refunds are:

5. Partner Responsibility

Food quality, hygiene, safety, and timely delivery remain the responsibility of the respective partner restaurant/café.

S2S ensures that only FSSAl-compliant partners are listed and reserves the right to delist non-compliant partners.
